Kelemat Ads

All advertisements will be posted in selected Telegram channels for 4 consecutive days. After that, the ad will be removed unless an extension is paid for.

If any channel owner deletes your ad within the 4-day period, you will receive a partial refund based on the number of deletions and time remaining. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days as credit or returned to your original payment method.

Ads must not contain:

• Illegal, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Adult, violent, or offensive material
• Political or religious extremism
• Scams, pyramid schemes, or spam

Kelemat Ads reserves the right to reject or remove ads that violate these rules or negatively impact the platform's reputation.

Payment must be made before your ad is published. Pricing depends on audience size, ad duration, and placements. Promotional discounts (if any) will be communicated clearly before payment.

Your ad will be placed in Telegram channels that match your selected audience or category. While we aim for accurate targeting, we do not guarantee specific results like conversions or subscriber growth.

Any ad changes must be requested within 12 hours of submission and before it is published. Cancellations before posting are eligible for a full refund. After posting, no full refund is available unless under the refund policy.

We are not responsible for:

• The behavior of channel owners
• Losses or claims resulting from ad performance
• Telegram platform downtime or outages

Disputes must be reported within 5 days of the ad's completion. We will aim to resolve them fairly. Disputes are governed by the laws of Ethiopia and resolved in its courts if needed.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Major updates will be communicated via email or Telegram.
